Dr.Gocken was born in 1982 K.Maraş/TURKEY, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine Kayseri/ TURKEY with MD degree in 2010. He worked as a general practitioner after graduation at state hospitals in emergency department. Currently he is a PhD student and research assistant at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Ethics.
